selection is served with our authentic Ethiopian bread called Injera
– thin spongy pancake like flat bread made mainly of grain
known as teff. This grain has very high calcium content, and contains
high levels of iron and other minerals. Teff is high in protein,
carbohydrates, and fiber. |
