Sara already had years of experience operating a restaurant in Ethiopia before she set foot in the U.S. Seeing the lack of a traditional Ethiopian restaurant in the Myrtle Beach area, she knew she had a recipe for success. With a well trained and native-born Ethiopian staff, Redi-et Ethiopian Cuisine is set to provide healthy and authentic Ethiopian food.   In the first few weeks of operation Redi-et has already received excellent reviews from our customers. I recently discovered the Ethiopian restaurant in Myrtle Beach of all places. It is located at the intersection of Hwy 17 and 544, near Surfside Beach. There are vegetarian options as well as meat entrees. The food was excellent and served with the traditional Ethiopian spongy flat bread called "injera". I went for the vegetarian sampler. It was so delicious. The owners were friendly and helped explain the dishes to us.
